Exchanges
Airam’s Boutique understands that sometimes things don't quite work out. Therefore, we handle exchanges on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy.
Exchange Policy:
• Airam’s Boutique does not accept refunds but exchange your item(s) for an item(s) of equal value or receive online store credit. Credit store do not expire.
• All exchange requests are to be made within 7 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise.
• Only item(s) that are unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags still attached are eligible for exchanges.
• All sales items are FINAL Sales
• Bodysuit, Tights, and Undergarments are Final Sales
• The customer is responsible for all shipping & charges associated with exchanges.
• Reimbursable shipping costs are only applicable to those orders in which the merchandise arrived to the customer damaged or the incorrect item was received.
• Insurance is recommended for all return shipments as Airam’s Boutique is not responsible for lost or mishandled packages. • Airam’s Boutique has the right to refuse any exchange.
Shipping Items Back to Us:
• Securely repackage the merchandise you are returning to us either in it's original packaging or in packaging that is comparable to it's original packaging.
• Please be sure to include a copy of your order number along with the merchandise you are returning.
• The customer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred from the exchange or return for store credit.
• To ensure we receive your package, obtain a tracking number. We are not responsible for item(s) we never receive
• Once we receive the item(s) you've returned, we will inspect the merchandise to ensure it meets the criteria specified in the terms stated above. If applicable, we will issue you an exchange for an item(s) of equal value or provide you with store credit (store credit never expires).
